You are a vital part of the Millicent Rogers Museum through your support and gifts. You help us to extend our collaboration with the cultures, communities and artists of the Southwest and facilitate our efforts to enable them to share their stories.  It is hard to describe the excitement and delight you spread through your support of museum events like the Miniatures Show that highlights the works of local artists which are available for purchase during the show. Another thrilling event is the Taos Pueblo Artists Winter Showcase, when the Taos Pueblo artists come to the museum with their items for sale. This two-day event offers the opportunity for visitors to see the amazing work and meet the artists.

Here are some of the things your gifts will support in 2025:

• Educational outreach to local children through Museum Mondays that engages preschool children in reading books and exploringthe museum.
• Art classes for youth in the summer and for adults in the fall.
• Internship programs to teach young adults and introduce them to business when they work in our store and other computer skills as they help with inventory and cataloguing. Computers are needed for this program.
• Upgrading the display cases and improving the lighting.
• Preserving our collection by supporting new methods for storing katsinam and caring for textiles.
